【Files for Approval】(Aliens Applying for Visa, Permit or Extension)

 (1) Information required for visa extension

①     One application form and one recent, bare-headed, full-faced, white-background, color photo(size:32X40 cm);

②     One copy of the applicant’s valid passport or other valid travel certificates and their visa.( bring the original certificates for inspection);

③     Temporary Accommodation Registration Form for Aliens registered with the local public security station(except in hotels); any other relevant certificates which the Bureau of the Public Security request.

(2) Information required for multiple entry” F” visa

①     One application form and one recent, bare-headed, full-faced, white-background color photo(size:32X40 cm);

②     One copy of the applicant’s valid passport or other valid Travel certificates and their visa.( bring original certificates for inspection);

③     One copy of the Enterprise Business License and Certificate of approval of invested enterprise for the Taiwan, Macao, Hongkong and Overseas Chinese by the People’s Republic of China;

④     Temporary Accommodation Registration Form for Aliens registered with the local public security station(except in hotels); any other requested certificates

(3) Information required for a residence permit or a temporary residence permit

①     One application form and three recent, bare-headed, full-faced, white-background color photos(size:32X40 cm);

②     One copy of the applicant’s valid passport or other valid Travel certificates and visa( bring original certificates for inspection);

③     One valid Health Certificate(except for those under 16 years of the age) issued by the other citiy’s Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau of the People’s Republic of  China.( Refered to as the same as hereinafter)

④     Temporary Accommodation Registration Form for Aliens registered with the public security station(except in hotels); 

⑤     Upon the first application for an alien resident permit, the employer should provide the following: name, occupation, telephone number, fax number for the appropriate contact person, etc.;

⑥     The other requested Certificates;

⑦     Accommodation certificate: Certificate of the House Property (deed) of the applicant, or the  Public Security Administration’s Permit for House Lodging or rental contract, or a rental contract for long term lodging in a hotel (bring the original certificates for inspection along with photocopies of all the required documents (A4size);

⑧     The companies dealing with foreign affairs and individuals must supply all of the following documents:

The companies dealing with foreign affairs:

a: One copy of the Enterprise Business License and Certificate of approval of  invested enterprise for the Taiwan, Macao, Hongkong and Overseas Chinese by the People’s Republic of China;

b: One Valid Foreign Labor Permit or one copy of the certificate for investors who don’t need applying for Labor Permit( bring original certificates for inspection);

Foreign Enterprise Permanent Office:

    a: One copy of the Foreign Enterprise Permanent Office Registration Certificate in China;

b: One Working Card of the Foreign Enterprise Permanent Office in China and one copy of the Foreigner’s Employment Permit(bring original certificates for inspection).

Aliens Working in Schools:

l                Institutions should provide: one copy of the Permit of Running a School issued by the Education Bureau of the Guangdong province, Senior-Education Bureau of the  Guangdong Province or the Zhuhai Education Bureau

l                Personnel in schools:

Teacher: one copy of the foreign expert’s certificate (bring original certificates for inspection). Those who teach in an institution that does not award an official degree, a school for training or training center that can’t submit approval from the relevant provincial and municipal authorities should submit one photocopy of the Foreigner’s Employment permit(bring original certificates for inspection).

Foreign Students: One copy of China visa application form for Foreign students studying in China(Form JW-202)(1-Copy), except Aliens holding any visas; one copy of the school admission documents;

  Elementary and Middle school students

A:  confirm the applicant’s nationality;

B:  The documents for the Child’s guardian in Zhuhai, including one copy of the residence booklet , the Identity Card, contact telephone number, etc.;

C:  Approval from the Education Committee at the school where the applicant will

study(To be put on record for further reference by the Education Bureau);       

D:  One copy of the Residence Booklet For the Child’s Guardian (Zhuhai City or Doumen Resident) and the guardians’ Identity Card(bring the original certificates for inspection);.

E:  One original documents Demonstrating Adoption and Responsibility for the Child(notarized by the Zhuhai Public Notary Office) 

F:  Accommodation certificate: Certificate of the House Property(deed) of the

applicant, or the Public Security Administration Permit of Lodging House and rental contract;

G:  Temporary Accommodation Registration Form for Aliens registered with the local police station.(except in hotels); 

(4) Information required for a residence permit or a temporary residence permit Extension

①     One application form and one recent, bare-headed, full-faced, white-background color photo(size:32X40 cm);

②     One copy of the applicant’s valid passport or other valid travel certificates and their visa.( bring original certificates for inspection);

③     One copy of a valid Health Certificate(bring original certificates for inspection);any other certificates attesting the person’s employment in China

(5) Information required for reporting the loss of ones passport:

①     The Report from the local police station confirming the loss of one’s passport.

②     The events resulting in the loss of the passport; one recent, bare-headed, full-faced, white-background color  photo(size:32X40 cm);

(6)   Range of the Personnel who can receive preference inEntrance and Residency(Executed  according as the Criteria Of Aliens who can receive preference in  Entrance and Residency)

①     For aliens who are high-level technicians or mangers carrying out agreements regarding  key projects or high-tech projects at national, provincial or ministerial levels;

②     For those engaged in gratuitous government-to-government assistance projects; 

③     For Chinese students returning from overseas with nationalities other than Chinese, who are  hign-level technicians or managers and work or are employed in Zhuhai.

④     For overseas investors with more than 10 million US dollars capital invested in Zhuhai, as well as the companies’ general technological supervisor and its high-level managerial personnel(above vice general manager) .

⑤     People who can make very important contributions to Zhuhai’s economic construction, the VIP’s who stay long term in Zhuhai, Honorable citizens and other foreigners who can make a special contribution to Zhuahai.

   Including the spouses and minor children of  those people mentioned above.
